Alignment problem I think?

I have try a few things with this program and still not sure how to fit it.
I've been away from CMM Programming for about 4 years now, getting back into now. PC-Dmis 2013 B&S Global image.
I almost sure that is an alignment issue because when I finish the program it ran ok but by the time i ran the 3rd pc. it gradually move.
