need help with probes

so i am very very new too the CMM scene. and im stuck on this part of building my probe ( blue highlighted area. ) i know that the tip i want too use is 1mm and it has a bit of length to it. but im very unsure about what the rest of the numbers and letters mean inside of selecting the tip. can someone give me any ideas?
