MCR20 probe rack crashes

I'm having trouble setting up my MCR20 TP20 probe rack, it calibrates just fine, but when it goes to change probes it seems to mis-locate the probe in the Z axis. I calibrated the rack with a 1.5x30mm probe, which docks just fine in port 1, but when it goes to get my 1.5x50mm in port 4 probe it goes down about 50mm in the Z axis & then collides with the probe rack. Furthermore, I added a duplicate of my 1.5x30mm probe in port 6, which the CMM located & loaded just fine.

My best guess is that PC-DMIS is trying to locate the center of the ruby on my 1.5x50mm probe, rather than the location of the TP20 module in the rack, as to WHY probe lengths are even a factor, I have no idea. I've read where you can override the probe station locations manually, however I'd rather not have to do that for every probe I got & every time I change probe assemblies.

Any ideas as to why PC-DMIS is doing this?

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I calibrated the rack with the 1.5x30mm probe.
