I just read your forum on the probe calibration issue. We are in the same boat right now. I cant get my 0.5x20mm probe to repeat after calibration. I am hoping you were able to figure out a method to this madness. If not i believe we may both have some information that could help each other. I do have the same machine as you ![]( "Smile")
but i am using a SM attachment, not sure if you are the same or using a TP set up. When working with Hexagon on this issue i did find some information. When i reset my tips i also had good results the first time as referenced in the forum. Then i kept the part fixture and calibrated my probes and ran the same part, still fixture. My results in the Z were way off and my (x,y) locations changed every time i re-calibrated. I did run an averaging calibration. Where i use 5 different angles (T1A0B0, T1A15B0, ect...) this lower the error and made it more consistent but didn't fix the problem.
