Show Dimensions on the report only when out of tolerance

I have dimensions that are more important and dimensions that are less important on my report.
So there are dimensions that don´t have to appear on every report.
I want to show them only when they are out of tolerance but keep the rest of the dimensions which are in tolerance.
I tried to do it with an If then statement based on the out of tolerance of the feature but that didn´t quite work.
As i live in germany and use the german language pack, are the commands used in the flow control commands different in each language or are they in english?

Long story short: How can I show a dimension on the report only if it´s out of tolerance but at the same time keep all the other dimensions which are in tolerance?

I hope you guys understand my problem.
