Exact Measure - true Position question

Can anyone explain the reason for why the 4th line down in my report is red? I have created the program offline and all dimensions are reporting to nominal as you would expect?

I don't understand what the highlighted dimension in red is reporting?? Is it the MMC Bonus available for the Datum C feature??
