Included angle creation

Still not real competent at using variables and generic features. I have a print call out for 70 degrees but am only getting 55 from each side. If I call each to Z then I get 35 each. Not sure how to do the variable math to make this right. If someone could help me with that I'd sure appreciate it. I will enclose just enough of the print to show the dimension.
