Non viable auto features?

Need a little ( okay a lot) of help. Working on the part and because of how the part was drawn in Solid Works I am unable to use Auto Features. Production machines this part by indexing the live tool to 20° and locks the spindle rotation, They make a series of cuts using the other machine axis simultaneously. What I am trying to measure is the .636 reference, it is the linear dimension where the end mill and 20° would meet. So what I am getting at is one, is there an easy way to create a pattern of vector points for the left and right side of the pocket? Second how would I go about creating this dimension. I am attaching what I can off of a print as well as a screen shot of the 3D model. I had to trim down the program to keep me under the character limit the points. for the upper and lower helical cuts I had created a copy and paste pattern for every 5° left and right of center.
