Issue_Copy & Paste With Pattern

I'm running PC DMIS CAD++ V2016 X64 Build # 1080 (Service Pack 6).

I've got vector points on my model. I set my point sizes at 1" so I can clearly see the points on my model. The points I applied look just fine.

But when i copy and paste those points, the point size says 1" in the auto feature window for my new hits but is no longer 1" on my screen. I can make the copied & pasted points have a point size of 10 miles (i tried) and you still can't see it on the model even though in the program window the hits are there with proper XYZIJK nominals. I can also see the arrow come off of the copied points on the model in the right spot when I F9 the hit.

Anyone know what could be causing this?
