Update:

I created A1, saved it, and recalled as external alignment. Continue measuring the features those can be reached from A1. Then move my part along the x+ axis and do equate alignment as usual. Measure the rest. Move my cursor to the top it reads A1, no more A2, until it reaches the line A2. That is all I need. Now with a single click the part is inspected by operators. I just have to put a comment for the operator to move the sample along X+ direction.
