Checking Position with a generic feature using polar coordinates

I'm running out of ideas on how to check this "See Attached". Right now i can't come up with a way to report the FCF correctly with polar coordinates and i'm just reporting the angles from each lug using midplanes and the size of each lug with a generic feature.

Also Datum C is a through hole you can't see in this view.

Any ideas are welcome.
