Datum & Position Callout

Trying to diminsion position on this part. I take this as they are calling this feature to form Datum E, but they also call E as the Primary Datum. When I enter the information in the Feature Control Frame to match what shows it give me a message that says, Datum should be different from the considered feature. Am I missing something easy? or is this a bad drawing?
