Correct way to tolerance Angles

First Angle I have been asked to take in forever, and was wanting to make sure I was doing it correctly. I do not know how to manually calculate the IJK of the probe without a cad file.
Really just need to make sure that the correct angle was calculated from the measurements I got. Moved points omitted.
