Switching to Manual Model when crashed

Hi,
I measure highly deviated holes on one of my CMM programs and depending on the part it sometimes goes through but sometimes collides. I was wondering, if it is possible to fairly quickly switch the DCC mode and measure these holes manually without stopping the CMM routine and inserting the manual mode command?
And just to let you know, the Find Hole option is not an option this time.
