Glitch when adding probe angles

I'm encountering a glitch whenever I try to add a probe angle to my 1.5x30mm TP20 probe. When I open the "add new angles" dialogue, it opens half way off the screen, but otherwise works as normal. After adding the angles I want I click "OK", that's when the wierdness starts. After closing the "add new angles" dialogue I'm left with just my edit window & graphics display window open, and most of my options (including exit & open file) greyed out. The probe utilities dialogue is nowhere to be found, at first I thought it somehow got buried under other PC-DMIS windows, however when I close those other windows the probe utilities dialogue still cannot be found. At this point all I can do is ctrl-alt-delete my way out of the program, loosing an work I've done since the last save.

Has anyone else encounter this? If so how do I fix it? I'm running PC-DMIS CAD 2018 R1.
