I tried to use X-act measure to see if it would help me understand how to create the alignment needed to report feature callout. It seemed to raise more questions than answers. My last alignment is level datum B plane to the Y+, rotated to the Z+ datum D and datum C about the Y+, datum D OD is my X Z origin and datum B is my Y origin (see 1st attachment) . The second attachment shows the tetrahedron (yellow cylinder with blue cones) for the X-act measure. When I try to replicate this with Alignment Utilities is where I get stuck. It appears to me that when using X-act measure it snaps the tetrahedron to the centroid of datum E, see third attachment. I have tried several different scenarios but have been unsuccessful to duplicate what X-act measure did.
