How to change printed part name based on user prompt?

Iv got part options that change/skip some features. I know how to prompt the user and use goto labels to share the same alignment and previous points. How do I make it change the name of the part that prints at the top? It also prints all of the features, regardless if they were measured. I know I can use view "last execute mode", but that doesn't really work for what I am trying to do. Currently I am just circle the correct part number after the part prints to paper. I then have to cross out the extra option features. I don't have this ability in the saved reports.

I feel like using two different programs is kinda silly. Currently I can run three + different part numbers on the same fixture, and never have to realign.
