Counting OoT, or not!?

Hi Guys.

I'm confused!

I have an old program made by the guy before me.
He made the report as the program was workong along.
It worked fine for him, when he was in charge.

Now we have recieved an update (new revision) on the part from the customer, and I have made a new program based on my template.
My template (my method) is to measure the part, and then make the report.

BUT

The old program have 14 Out-of-Tolerance.
4 of them are from "traditional" results, and 10 is GD&T results.

When I use my program, I get 11 Out-of-Tolerance.
11 of them are from "traditional" results, and them I have 7 from GD&T results.

Why doesn't the program (software) count them alike?
I mean, it should count equally, and show me 14 on the first report, and 18 on the second one.
It's not the number of OoT's I'm after, it's the way of counting!

Does any of you know, or just having an idea was is going on?

Both program are running on the same machine, with the same software, so I guess it must be some kind of parameter in the program itself.
But where?
