I am working with two CMM's. One is a Global Performace (Programming CMM) and the other is a Global Status (Production CMM). When using the programming CMM, I have to use a slower touch speed than when I use the production CMM. I am looking for a way to automatically set the touch speed based on my input data at the start of a program. I already have an input in my program for "CMM 1" or "CMM 2." I need to know how to set "Touchspeed" based on this input. I currently have to manually change it in my program before running on the other machine. Anyone have an idea on how this can be done?
